Happy Chinese New Year! In the year of the Ox we are pleased to introduce our exclusive Chinese inspired mocktail!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Match Green Tea powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 fresh lime juice
  • 7 mint leaves
  • Top with sparkling water or soda

Dissolve the Matcha powder and sugar in a Highball glass with the lime juice; add mint, ice and top with water.

Garnish: Mint sprig

Look: Green and bubbly

Aroma: Spiced and fresh

Flavour: Sweet
