It would be unethical to sell this cocktail as a digestion aid, as it was considered in the oyster bar in London, where it was first invented.
We will just drink it as an aperitif, and then eat all the fruit that will remain at the bottom of the glass!
- ABV: 8.5%
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Pimm's No.1
- 3 oz. Ginger ale or Lemonade
Garnish: Cucumber slice, lemon slice, orange slice, mint sprig.
Look: Fizzy, dark-brown with a reddish tint.
Aroma: Friuty.
Flavour: Sweet with a point of bitterness.
History: It was first served in an oyster bar in the City of London as an aid to digestion.
