Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Campari bitter
- 1 oz. Punt e Mes sweet vermouth
Build in a rocks glass filled with ice; stir gently.
Garnish: Orange slice.
Look: Barn red with some slight purple tints.
Aroma: Herby notes.
Flavour: Mainly bitter with a point of sweetness.
History: This cocktail derives from a twist on the "Torino-Milano" cocktail. It was invented in the early 1900s, coincidently with the opening of the A4 Highway that connected these two cities. The products chosen for the cocktail were locally typical of the cities of Turin and Milan.
