CLARET COBBLER

Poetry in a glass... or a cobbler!
- ABV: 6-7%
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. Bordeaux-style red wine
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Soda water
Dissolve sugar with soda and lemon; pour wine on ice-filled cobbler glass.
My advice: you can use Merlot, Malbec or Cabernet-Sauvignon for the finest taste!
Garnish: Orange slice and/or mint sprig.
Look: Dark red with some shades of purple.
Aroma: Tannin persistence, with wild berry notes.
Flavour: Sweet and sour.
