Ah, good ol’ trustworthy beer. My love for you will never die. (Homer Simpson)

ABV: 4%

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of lager beer
  • 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz. Simple syrup
  • 2 oz. Fresh grapefruit juice

Shake juices and sugar with ice; strain in a pre-chilled pilsner glass; pour cold beer on top.

Garnish: Grapefruit slice.

Look: Hazy, pale.

Aroma: Citrussy and yeasty.

Flavour: Fizzy and hoppy.
