In victory you deserve Champagne, in defeat you NEED it!

ABV: 11%

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. Champagne
  • 1 cube sugar
  • 2 dashes Bitters

Dissolve sugar with bitters in a pre-chilled flûte glass; gently pour Champagne on top.

Garnish: Orange zest and Maraschino cherry.

Look: Bubbly.

Aroma: Aroma of minerality, long lasting fragrance.

Flavour: Sweet with an underlying fruitiness.
