Ingredients:
- 1 oz. Bitter
- 1 oz. Sweet vermouth
- Top with soda water
Build in a rocks glass filled with ice; stir gently.
Garnish: Orange slice or peel twist.
Look: Vibrant, blood red.
Aroma: Citrussy scent.
Flavour: Sparkling with slightly bitter notes.
History: This cocktail derives from a twist on the "Milano-Torino" cocktail.
