Ingredients:
- 4 oz. Prosecco
- 2 oz. White peach purée
Pour the purée in a pre-chilled flûte glass or a champagne glass, then add prosecco; stir gently.
Garnish: Peach wedge or slice.
Look: Champagne pink.
Aroma: Fruity.
Flavour: Sweet and sour, bubbly.
History: Invented in Venice and named after a Venetian artist.
