Aperol Spritz reminds me of sunsets.
- ABV: 9%
- 2 oz. Aperol
- 3 oz. Prosecco
- Top with soda water
Build in a wine glass filled with ice; stir gently.
Garnish: Orange slice.
Look: Bright orange and very bubbly.
Aroma: Fragrant, citrussy notes.
Flavour: Sweet with a point of bitterness.
History: This cocktail was born in Padua, Italy, in response to the frequent combination of white wine and sparkling water.
